Once, a transmitter chip felt very sad. It thought, 'No one will ever consent to me being inside their phone. They will always choose a fancier chip.' This made the chip depressed. It started to exaggerate its own flaws. 'I am slow! I can barely send a signal!' it cried. Another chip, hearing this, decided to tackle the problem. 'That's not true!' it said. 'You do a great job. Don't let negative thoughts win. Seeking revenge on yourself by thinking bad things won't help.' The first chip stopped. It began to reckon that maybe the second chip was right. It decided to focus on its strengths, not its imagined weaknesses.
